Every collection includes pre-wedding planning with you and your planner, ceremony coverage, and digital delivery through a personalized gallery. You have full rights to your video. If you share it on social media, please tag Five25Films or give us credit.

A cinematic, story-driven film of your day, brought together with real moments, edited footage, color correction, and music. The length of your film depends on the collection you choose.

We’ll email you a link to your personalized Pic-Time gallery, where you can watch, download, and share your film. You can share the gallery with family and friends, with unlimited downloads.

Cinematic wedding films are generally delivered within 12–16 weeks. Ceremony-only coverage and teasers have their own delivery timelines, which are listed with each collection on the Packages page.

A signed contract and a 50% retainer reserve your date. The remaining 50% is due one month before the wedding. Contact us if you need to discuss a custom payment schedule.

The 50% retainer is non-refundable. It may be transferred to a new date through the following calendar year, subject to availability. Please contact us as soon as your plans change so we can talk through the next steps.

Yes, please. A vendor meal or the meal you’re serving your guests is welcome. We recommend serving us at the same time as the two of you so we’re ready when the next event begins. If a meal is not provided, we require one hour to leave the venue for food.
